Due to growth we are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join the Industrial team working under the Staff Australia banner. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, your primary duties will include, although are not limited to: Resourcing candidates, conducting one on one interviews and reference checking Managing and completing new candidate files and associated materials Taking job orders from clients and assisting the operations team with despatching Building and maintaining relationships with Clients Completing and submitting client reports and rosters Providing a high level of customer service, both face to face and over the phone Assisting Candidates with payroll enquiries Staff onsite Inductions You will be trained and multi-skilled across all aspects of the Operations Department. To be considered for this position you will have: A minimum of 1 year working within the industrial and/or commercial sector as a Recruitment Consultant - Preferred Experience working in a demanding and high volume environment Previous Fast Track system experience - Preferred, although not essential Strong communication skills Sound computer knowledge A proactive and positive attitude Exceptional organisational skills This is a fantastic chance to become a part of one of Australia’s most successful recruitment companies, which provides excellent training and development opportunities, whilst working in a supportive team environment.
