Where you come in: In this full-time permanent position, based in our Carlton office, you will provide support to Hiring Managers by advising, guiding and coaching them through Save the Children’s recruitment process. Working in a model where recruitment is led by the Hiring Manager, you’ll support them to achieve better practice and at times manage the recruitment process. You will be part of the HR Services and Recruitment team and report to the Recruitment & Sourcing Specialist. You will make an impact by: Supporting hiring managers and HR Business Partners with tactical recruitment and sourcing advice Being the specialist in Save the Children’s recruitment systems and platforms Coaching and assisting hiring managers on agreed recruitment process and practices Delivering reliable, relevant and accurate monthly & quarterly recruitment metrics Coordinating requirements for compliance and contract generation Supporting a positive candidate experience for all applicants If we could compose the perfect you… …You’re comfortable picking up the phone and speaking with stakeholders to coach, guide and advise them on the best way to recruit and attract quality candidates. Knowing that all stakeholders are different, you are quick to adapt your approach to make each of them feel heard and supported. Owning the recruitment systems and reporting function, your attention to detail is second to none and you are comfortable juggling deadlines and challenging processes. This role requires: Experience in a Recruitment and / or HR function Knowledge or experience with applicant tracking systems or customer database administration Outstanding customer service focus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inform stakeholders Knowledge of recruitment better practice Working at Save the Children is more than just a job.
