Role Summary : This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional with at least 4+ years working within an internal recruitment function to support the Talent Acquisition Lead for ANZ to: Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients for Head Office roles across diverse functions such as Medical, Clinical, Sales, Marketing and our Enablement functions Manage a portfolio of 20-30 roles autonomously at any one time Take a lead role in advising the business about external talent, supply, market information and candidate capabilities Actively take lead in interviews and assessments alongside hiring managers Advise the business on the most suitable sourcing strategies for each role with an ability to develop talent pools in advance of hiring needs Work closely with Human Resources and broader functions enabling a One Team approach Participate in reporting, forecast and demand planning, social media activities and other programs of work to assist the Talent Acquisition Lead Participate in exciting projects like AI and automation that will help reduce the administrative tasks whilst you focus on advisory component of your role What we can provide you! About you You're passionate about people and understanding how behaviours and capability can be assessment and developed over the lifecycle of a person's career Extensive experience in Behaviours Based Interviewing techniques with an endless passion for learning & development You thrive in an environment that is inclusive and collaborate and you love achieving results. You have good attention to detail and can navigate recruitment systems with ease. You can also move from focusing on the details to broader discussions about capability, assessment and frameworks for learning.
