About the opportunity; As a Talent Acquisition and EVP Manager, you will partner with internal stakeholders to drive the recruitment efforts across 4mation Technologies. From managing the end to end recruitment to effectively executing our EVP, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, and managing the experience of both candidates and internal stakeholders alike. You will have strong experience building a profile within the technology space, sourcing and selecting top talent and building pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social channels. With the support of the 4mation Technologies P&C team, including a Talent Acquisition Resourcer, you can truly make an impact and help conduct change by bringing in the right talent and promoting our value proposition. This position is an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter to utilise their expertise in an internal environment to be a trusted advisor and talent partner. This role is suited to someone who is driven, self-motivated and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. What you’ll do: Manage the end to end recruitment process for roles across 4mation Technologies, including, Developers, Designers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts and Scrum Masters, as well as operational and managerial roles. Build talent pipeline and proactively work alongside managers and leaders to providing coaching and also source top talent. Alongside the Head of P&C, develop, manage and implement continuous improvements on recruitment workflows, toolkits and training, using data metrics and reporting. Execute on Employment Brand and Attraction Strategies through Social Platforms, 4mation Career Site, JobAdder, Referral Program, Campaigns, Hosting and Attending Events. Bring our Values to life, by managing office aesthetics, for potential candidates coming into the office What you bring to the table: You have a minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. Experience in an agency environment is desirable, with exposure to developing seasonal campaigns, networking and building pipeline is required. You excel in high velocity environments, and have an adaptable mindset to manage a lot of moving parts. You are passionate and determined to attract, source and select the best talent in the market, and will not stop until you get the job done. You have a proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You are a multi-tasker, you know how to manage expectations and have a good track record of meeting deadlines. Managing your time and prioritising Excellent written and verbal communication.
