Here is your opportunity, as an experienced recruitment assistant /resourcer, to join our high performing, friendly and energetic Clayton team as a Business Support Resourcer. In Clayton, we are a 16 strong team with an average tenure of 6 years; that is unheard of in recruitment! Veritas are looking for experienced resourcers / assistants to come and work with this established and warm team. You will work alongside a highly successful consultant who will also act as your ongoing mentor. You know what you need to do to be successful Dedicated Learning and Development Trainer with over 23 years in the industry to provide 1:1 and group training Quarterly Lunch Club: work hard but be rewarded for it and Of course a fun team! To be Successful in this Role Attitude is the key to success! We will provide the necessary training and support for you to fly and build on the experience you have already gained in recruitment. You must LOVE talking to people, you must LOVE developing relationships and listening to the needs and wants of others. You must be able to build strong relationships and influence candidates at all levels. Exceptional organisational skills and effective time management is a must, along with a desire to over achieve, based on our clients and candidates’ requirements. Day to Day Tasks May Include: To support a recruiter or team in achieving targets by generating and sourcing candidates. To be involved and support the sales process by passing leads to consultants, building target client distributions lists, providing timely follow ups to consultants for contacting clients and ensuring accurate and timely information is entered into Bullhorn.
