Resourcing Coordinator & Recruitment Administrator Would you like to work in an internal recruitment role supported by a large team? Two exciting opportunities exist to build your career Opportunities available: Resourcing Coordinator The Resourcing Coordinator works in partnership with the Clinical and Non-Clinical Workforce Coordinators, Access and Demand Unit and Departmental Managers to ensure that the organisation is adequately staffed to meet the demands of the service. The role will be involved in the resourcing activities of replacing staffing shortfalls which occur due to unplanned leave and roster shortfalls. The role is dynamic and fast paced which requires the ability to respond to time sensitive resourcing demands whilst having the ability to manage completing priorities and problem solve effectively. Hours of Work Thurs, Friday, Monday 9.00am -5.00pm and Sat, Sun 9.00am – 12.30pm (Weekend hours paid at time and a half as per Enterprise Agreement) This position provides an excellent opportunity to work part time and build upon your skills in human resources. The role will be involved in providing recruitment administration, resourcing requests, new employee data entry, preparation for career expos, and coordinating work experience placements, among other tasks. The position requires a pro-active and responsible person with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
