As a boutique, generalist agency - this an exciting opportunity for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic and close-knit team. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and an unmatched ability to nurture long-lasting relationships and make new ones. You will be working on permanent placements. Day to day responsibilities will include: Establish and maintain a generalist, permanent desk Use creative and innovative techniques to source the best candidates in the market Undertake thorough and professional interviews and complete high-quality reference checks Maintaining and growing existing client relationships Generating and exploring new business leads Generating new business, attend visits etc. This is a 360 role. You Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant ideally Strong administration skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive and enthusiastic attitude What’s in it for Me?
