The Role The Service Delivery Team Leader oversees a region of dedicated and passionate Home Care Specialists where you will provide mentorship, coaching, leadership and direction for the purpose of achieving exceptional customer service to our valued in home care customers from North Ryde to Inner West. You will ensure employees are recruited, developed from induction, buddy runs, actively supporting the Safety, Health and Well-being of both customers and employees. You will own and lead your team remotely and onsite. Using your creative strategies and dynamic methods you will mentor and coach your team to develop and improve and grow your workforce. You will be inquisitive and curious to improve ways of working. You will be process and outcome driven proactively driving a better way of working. You will work collaboratively and autonomously within a multidisciplinary team. You will have high-level interpersonal, with an ability to communicate across all levels and departments both within KinCare and with external partners. This role will see you work flexibly - basing yourself at home, going out in field to support, manage and lead your staff, to attending head office located at Norwest as part of the Leadership team. About You To be considered you will demonstrate Proven experience in Team Leadership Demonstrated ability coaching and performance management Ability to have constructive and critical conversations Exceptional time management skills and an ability to work well under pressure Stakeholder engagement Relevant qualifications in Leadership desirable or equivalent experience Why Kincare?
