A great opportunity now exists for an experienced Business Development Executive to join ManpowerGroup Solutions brand, selling true solutions to the Australia & New Zealand market. About the role Reporting to the Director of New Business Development, you will be responsible for business development for the ManpowerGroup Solutions brand across Australia and New Zealand, sourcing new business and building strong connections and partnerships. Requirements • Develop high-level relationships with client decision makers and influence stakeholders at the operational levels of an organisation. • Demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously within the region. • Maintain a high level of daily activity associated with executing the full life-cycle sales process. • Develop a robust pipeline and drive market share by securing new business opportunities. • You will design, build and deliver client-focused presentations & play a role in closing opportunities • Monitor the market and provide intelligence, research trends and best practices, contributing towards ManpowerGroup thought leadership. • Provide innovation and new thinking to existing and future solutions Experience • Strong background in business development with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth for large enterprises. • Solid commercial acumen and experience with pricing and bid solutioning. • Excellent communication skills at all levels within an organisation. • Proven sales driver with consultative sales approach with a track record in selling large and small deals across the region. • RPO, MSP, VMS, and/or staffing/human capital related business development experience would be highly regarded.
