6 month initial opportunity with the potential to become permanent North Sydney Location | National Organisation Flexible working hours The Opportunity This is a newly created opportunity within the business and so, it requires someone with a commercial attitude who can influence and partner with key stakeholders in the organisation to ensure the business has an appropriate and effective talent process. Outside of end-to-end recruitment that focuses on the corporate sectors, you will work to introduce talent mapping and be responsible for coordinating the Graduate Programs for the business. This role initially is a 6 month contract however it has the potential to evolve in to a permanent opportunity for the right person. You Strong recruitment experience across commercial and corporate sectors including IT/Tech Exposure to recruitment platforms such as Taleo, Pageup, Peoplesoft etc Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner, guide and coach while maintaining the recruitment function Commercially astute with the ability to identify any gaps in the recruitment process This is an urgent requirement so it is preferable that you would be able to commence within a 1-2 week period.
