As an integral part of the recruitment team, you will play an important role in helping build the business and securing long term client relationships. Whether you have recruitment experience OR your sales experience is in mining, sales, industrial, engineering and technical.. We will provide you with extensive training & support so as long as you have the people & sales skills we can ensure your success as a Recruitment/Talent Consultant! Specific duties and accountabilities will include the following: Managing the recruitment process from pre-screening to interviewing to hiring to follow-up Maintaining contact with existing and prospective clients and candidates Evaluating client company and candidate requirements Develop Consulting with and making recommendations to clients and candidates regarding search projects The most successful consultants have possessed the following skills and abilities: Your ability to cold call and talk to customer through a new direction Passionate about dealing with people on a daily basis A thorough understanding of the industry and its environment Previous experience with recruitment and selection will give you an advantage Superior in person, e-mail and phone communication and people skills paired with the ability to persuade and market Professionalism, including a high level of comfort with conducting business effectively with senior management Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills The ability to work independently with minimal supervision A sincere commitment to client servicing and building relationships Flexibility to meet assorted demands in a fast paced environment Drive and ambition to achieve goals and objectives You may be working in a roles such as sales representative, account manager, national account manager and business development executive for example.
