Talent Acquisition Manager - Workforce Development Richmond Fixed Term Full Time,Fixed Term Part Time Pivotal Talent Acquisition Management opportunity Dynamic and progressive not-for-profit healthcare provider 12 month fixed term full time position– Richmond based with some travel between sites The Role Epworth HealthCare is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to join the People & Culture team on a 12 month parental leave cover basis. This is an opportunity to lead the talent acquisition function for Epworth, partnering with key managers to develop and drive talent acquisition initiatives in line with the business objectives. You will be instrumental in delivering contemporary strategies and innovative talent acquisition offerings to support and drive the business objectives in line with the broader people and culture plan. The position will suit a highly motivated, and enthusiastic individual with expertise in health professional recruitment, pipeline and high quality candidate management, who will: Partner with key managers, candidates and other stakeholders to ensure that key current and future workforce requirements are met ahead of time and in line with budget. Grow, manage and qualify Epworth's candidate pipeline in readiness for current and future vacancies, ensuring that a high quality of recruitment and candidate care is maintained; ensuring consistent messaging and branding into the market in line with Epworth's Employee Value Proposition (EVP). With a focus on key strategic priority areas, engage and support recruiting managers and the business to offer an optimised, streamlined and efficient end-to-end recruitment process. Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will be highly articulate and bring an innovative mindset, hands on approach and a passion for sourcing great talent, and will possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes: Tertiary qualifications in human resources, business or a related field Proven end to end recruitment experience and expertise with a successful track record of implementing sourcing and attraction methodologies through a variety of different channels, ideally in healthcare Expert market and sector knowledge to develop tailored talent acquisition and recruitment strategies in partnership with key business managers Collaborative and engaging business partnering style Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong business/commercial acumen Proven project management skills Relevant qualifications as a Health Practitioner or previous experience within healthcare desirable but not essential.
