The role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Labour Hire Coordinator, self-directed and with initiative. Your responsibilities will be varied. Coordinate and monitor existing labour hire arrangements Account and relationship management Coordinator of rosters, timesheets and training in the use of our payroll system Onboarding of new workers in accordance with company policies and procedures Focus on risk and WHS procedures Budgeting and cost control Preparation for audits Continuous improvement of processes Build new relationships and look for opportunities Ongoing prospecting, lead generation and building of client relationships Working collaboratively with potential customers to understand their business needs and supply them with labour Preparation of proposals, quotes, costings and risk assessment Set and meet revenue targets Research and set-up appropriate tracking systems and mechanisms You will bring your natural sales and relationship building abilities in order to actively target additional opportunities across organisations, including local councils, industry and the retail sector. Requirements Experience in relationship-building to generate business opportunities across a variety of organisations and industries An understanding of Modern Awards, WHS legislation and process driven system management Willingness and ability to work across geographically different areas with a variety of challenges Strong Excel, Word and IT literacy across various programs and system types Industrial, local government and/or retail experience would be well regarded Qualifications in HR, Business, Commerce or Marketing would also be advantageous Why work for Forrest Personnel?
