Recruitment Administrator This successful agency place specialist candidates in contract and permanent roles in Queensland and New South Wales. Their head office is based at the north end of the Gold Coast. They pride themselves on providing an excellent service to candidates and clients alike whilst maintaining a positive work culture in the office. A role has now become available for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team. Supporting a team of consultants you role will include - Coordinate and support administrative and client management activities Preparing documentation for onboarding new clients Setting up new clients/jobs in the database Manage and update roster for new and existing clients Coordinate with consultants to ensure each job is filled Dealing with phone and email enquiries from clients, operational staff and referral partners Ensuring all complaints are dealt with in a proactive manner Maintaining database integrity The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with proven experience in a fast paced, ever changing environment. You will enjoy prioritising your workload and troubleshooting issues even before they arise. You will have experience with a recruitment database or a sophisticated CRM and understand how critical it is that this is always up to date! You will enjoy dealing with a wide cross section of people. In return you will work with a great bunch of people in a small, friendly office based at Paradise Point.
