The Talent and Recruitment Manager The Talent and Recruitment Manager is a new role which has been established to help us develop our existing Recruitment team to create a proactive, quality service in relation to recruitment and talent management activity. You will lead the creation of our Recruitment and Talent Management Strategy and will also have responsibility for Workforce Planning, business engagement and managing the relationships with our suppliers. In this role you will be responsible for defining minimum standards of delivery and advice in order to meet business needs. You will also be responsible for all facets of people management including the growth and development of the five direct reports as well as monitoring of team deliverables. This role is a member of the People Leadership team that works collaboratively with peers to drive our strategic direction and goals. What you'll need to bring: Relevant tertiary qualification in a HR discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across a range of disciplines to develop integrated solutions Demonstrated experience in delivering operational support and recruitment advice Demonstrated ability to think logically and practically through issues to apply an appropriate fix Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good stakeholder relationships What we offer We offer competitive salaries and five weeks annual leave for all new starters as well as a benefits package including a range of insurances, flexible working arrangements and career development.
