The role: The Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator is an integral part of the Omni-Care team. The position reports to the HR Manager - Commencement & Onboarding. It is a full time role in a high volume recruitment environment, in a growth sector. Our product is people, so this role provides a unique opportunity to make a real contribution to the quality of life and independence of our clients.  Responsibilities: The key responsibility of the role is to work as part of the Commencement & Onboarding Team to ensure that we have the required quantity and quality of staff to meet the needs of our current and future clients. Ours is a continuous recruitment environment where success is dependent upon attracting the right applicants to last the distance. The role will incorporate group interviews, sourcing candidates from a range of traditional and non-traditional channels and conduct thorough due diligence to identify suitable candidates. You will work collaboratively with the HR Manager – Commencement & Onboarding to achieve company goals and optimise current processes to create efficiencies within the HR department.  About you: The essential qualities that we are looking for in the successful applicant are energy, enthusiasm, resilience and engagement. Experience in coordination of recruitment and selection including; shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding processes. An ability to hit the ground running, with a forward-thinking approach to tasks and the ability to be proactive and show initiative.  An ability to engage, excite and captivate candidates whilst delivering Information and Induction sessions. Positive and can-do attitude to take on any new duties which may include learning new and challenging tasks and where no task is too big or too small. Excellent interpersonal skills that instantly builds rapport with candidates and staff members. A fun, yet professional and confident approach when interacting and developing candidate relationships. Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office suite.  You will be required to undertake a police check.
