Candidate Engagement Facilitator What you will do Our Candidate Engagement Facilitators work closely with the Military Recruiters. They manage candidate applications from initial application through to enlistment into the NZDF which involves communicating with the candidate, advising them of the recruitment process, providing feedback and updating their status via our Salesforce cloud based candidate management system (PCMS). Effectively this role manages expectations of candidates and is accountable for preparing the candidate for their transition into the NZDF. You will be the main point of contact for candidates, their families and members ofthe public with military recruitment enquiries for the NZDF. What we need We are seeking a customer service professional who engages fully with all stakeholders and provides an exceptional level of service on a daily basis. As a confident communicator you will engage fully with the team and wider organisation, developing and maintaining effective working relationships. Showing initiative and forward thinking to support the team and working collaboratively with others will be strengths of yours. This is a fast paced, dynamic role and your exceptional organisational skills along with your ability to manage multiple priorities will enable you to carry out tasks with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail. Strong computer skills are required and experience with Salesforce would be a huge bonus.
