Internal Talent Specialist WA Based Projects Excellent Hourly Rate Industry Leader Calling All Technical Talent Specialists - Time to join global leader We are looking for a talent specialist to join the team here at Manpower. With a number of new projects coming on line we are recruiting for an experienced and highly technical internal recruiter to join one of our latest CBD project. This is one of those high paced and highly technical requirements which will call on a detailed background in recruiting Marine or Oil and Gas specialist personal who’ll join a state-based project. You’ll need to have a detailed recruitment background (whether internal or external) with a passion to find the best people in the sector via multiple recruitment mediums. You’ll be inducted and assigned to support the recruitment, on-boarding and future development of a off-shore WA project with the need to build highly effective communication lines across multiple stakeholders alongside reviewing and updating project specific documentation, licence and eligibility status across Trade, Engineer and Technical Management recruitment processes. You’ll need to have: • 5 years Recruitment Experience across a Technical Sector • Excellent Understanding of Employment Award requirements • Methodical and Highly Detailed Document Management skills • Good HR Knowledge with Demonstrated worker management, Employment law and IR exposure • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment and DAS medical process This role is a currently set at a 6-month temporary assignment to enable our team to facilitate a new project and onboarding strategy.
