As a Recruitment Consultant in our Blue Collar Trades & Civil Division Team Your daily activities will include: Phone screening & Candidate sourcing using a range of different resources Business development & account management for new and existing client relationships Full management of the entire recruitment process Arranging interviews & Communicating with line managers to discuss feedback / business needs To be considered you will need to have the following: Current recruitment experience ideally in Blue Collar as a 360 Consultant Strong Sales and Business Development Capability Bachelor’s degree (any subject) Written and spoken fluency in English Optimism, resilience and proactivity A hunger and drive to achieve success   We will offer you: Structured career progression plan Industry-leading sales and leadership training Performance-based rewards and incentives   This role will give you the opportunity to join an exciting, fast-paced environment, within a professional, busy and supportive team.
