Recruitment Administrator - Contractor Our client are undergoing significant change and growth and are looking for an outgoing, positive and delivery focused individual to join their HR & Recruitment function. Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced agency in the public sector, are undergoing significant growth and change and are looking to augment their existing HR/Recruitment function. You'll work with their Recruitment Advisor, helping manage recruitment work-flows, organising interviews, managing feedback and debrief and overseeing induction processes. You'll need to demonstrate: A proactive, can do approach Customer/candidate-centricity Attention to detail The ability to take ownership and manage work-flows e2e An understanding of the recruitment process Great computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook (as well as the ability to learn the clients online recruitment tool).
