Full training provided Competitive base salary + uncapped comms + perks   Social culture  The Role   As a Junior Recruitment Consultant with Command you will receive full training and develop your skills to manage the full 360 recruitment process.  You will source new talent for roles within the Real Estate, Property and Construction industry, through writing job ads and using social media sites.  You will conduct telephone and face to face interviews on a daily basis.   As you progress you will strategically source clients and grow these new relationships, as well as negotiating salaries and terms. You will be encouraged to attend industry events and build your network.  You will have a large existing database so you can hit the ground running and an excellent support network to help you reach your full potential and develop your career! Who you are You are confident on the phone, enjoy working with people and driven to succeed in a sales role.  Ideally you have outbound sales or telesales experience or come from a Property background, however this is not essential if you have the confidence and personality for the job.
