From crafting an advert to extending an offer, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition to strong experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, you will utilise a variety of tools to attract the best talent including traditional and social channels. With the support of your team, you can truly make an impact and help conduct change with bringing in the right talent. This position is an excellent opportunity to support hiring managers as a trusted business advisor and talent partner across the company globally. What you’ll do: Support and advise internal stakeholders to navigate the recruitment process Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hiring across APAC and support with global pipelining Track, update and report recruiting activities in our HRIS system, BambooHR Provide insight to candidates about the internal company culture and long-term vision of OFX, as people are the key pillar of our business Support the P&C team to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all incoming candidates Positively represent OFX in all business activities What you’ll bring: Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate environment or transferrable skills from agency or RPO model. Ideally having supported Commercial and Front-Line departments. Excellent relationship building skills – proven stakeholder management skills to communicate across all levels of the organisation Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage deadlines Curiosity, tenacity, and determination to get the job done, the right way Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an adaptable mindset to manage a lot of moving parts What’s it like to work at OFX?
