About the opportunity We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Data and Analytics Recruitment Team for a 6-month contract. This role provides administrative support to a busy team of internal recruiters. It’s a rewarding role that will stretch you on daily basis, within a fun and supportive environment.   Your key responsibilities   Supporting the Oceania recruitment team with administrative support such as arranging, coordinating interviews, booking meeting rooms & sending email correspondence to candidates and hiring managers Creating and posting job adverts in line with EY guidelines Evaluating, screening CVs and conducting phone screening of shortlisted candidates Providing a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers Conducting reference checks and processing employment offers. Providing an exceptional candidate and client experience. Maintaining and updating the candidate database (including interview notes) using the recruitment management software. Working with the Recruitment Lead to plan and execute recruitment campaigns, as well supporting on strategic recruitment initiative and providing administrative support to Implement process improvement projects  Skills and attributes for success To be successful in this role you will have preferably previous experience in high volume recruitment, and fast paced environment. You will be a confident communicator and presenter with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. You will have the ability to build relationships and work as part of a team, be adaptable and skilled at managing multiple priorities.  We want you to be creative and to have a passion for recruitment. Apart from the above, ideally you will have;  1-3 years of experience preferably in a recruitment administration or support function.
