Our client is operating across the banking and financial services industry with around six hundred staff, they are one of Australia's high profile organisation within their niche field. There now exists a 12 month Fixed Term Maternity leave contract, or could be offered permanent upfront for the right candidate, located in the heart of Sydney's CBD.  As you partner with your qualified and professional client group of around one hundred staff, half of your role will be end-to-end recruitment of around fifteen to twenty open vacancies at all levels, including executive level. The other half will be a advising at the senior leadership level and will be consulting on all HR matters, supported by CoE teams around you, such as Workplace Relations and OD specialists. In your dual role as HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist for your client group, you be responsible for the implementation of a range of initiatives which have been identified to enable the transformation of the workforce to maintain a high performance and engaged workforce in line with a values driven corporate workplace vision and strategy. You will also be responsible for providing operational and tactical advice and support across all levels of the business and partnering with leaders to drive business performance improvement initiatives and increased employee engagement and capability.  To be considered for this role you will have either HR Business Partner or OD/HR Advisor experience who enjoys and skilled at end-to-end recruitment, or, you will be a high performing In-House Talent Acquisition specialist, who has been exposed to broader HR/Talent initiatives and programs to join a collaborative close knit People & Talent team. You will experience either in banking and financial services or similar corporate experience. Ideally have worked in medium to large complex corporate environments. Your exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders including the Senior Management will be the key to succeeding in this role. As an effective influencer, you will have demonstrated experience as a true Business Partner and bring with you a significant knowledge of policies processes and talent management practices.
