An outstanding opportunity has presented itself to join this great company located in the Melbourne CBD for   at least three months (possibility for extension)   as Talent Acquisition Advisor. You are the person who is supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner in the attraction, engagement, selection and on boarding of high calibre candidates. The company you will be working for is an Australian Healthcare company. In the role as Talent Acquisition Advisor you will be responsible for searching the system for the right candidates, create talent pools, screening CV’s and applications and shorting high potentials. After this phase you will be conducting phone interviews and work together with the partner on the position. You will coordinate the interviews with candidates, managers and recruiters and you will keep the candidates up to date during the recruitment process. Arranging psychometric assessments, background checks and references are also part of your responsibilities. After that the on-boarding start en you will be a key part in that process by being a coordination point for all managers, candidates and recruiting during all the on-boarding activities. Currently they are looking for a person with a   pro-active   attitude, who is not just posting an add and is waiting for response, but who knows the market and where to find the right candidates for the positions.
