Recruitment Coordinator - 6 month contract As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruiters’ efforts to attract and identify top talent for key opportunities across the ANZ region.  You will have an exceptional work ethic and take pride in delivering tasks on time and with a high degree of accuracy and candidate care. In this role, you will be coordinating and taking ownership of key aspects of our recruitment process such as interview scheduling, organising psychometric testing, and reference checking. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and will ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You will be one of the main points of contact for candidate’s interested in roles at Macquarie and will enjoy building rapport with people.   Additionally, you will manage the on-boarding process for candidates and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. This will include assisting with the creation and distribution of offer documents as well as collaborating with internal HR operational teams to ensure that contracts are released, and background checks are in progress as well as resolve outstanding issues in a timely and accurate manner. You will operate within a fast-paced environment where you will need to demonstrate your exceptional work ethic and focus on delivering client outcomes.
