We currently have exciting opportunities for a Resourcing Coordinator to support our lively and growing team of specialist recruiters and managers for our Lendlease account. As the Resourcing Coordinator, you will provide support with key responsibilities such as scheduling interviews, calendar management, organising reference checks and preparing reports. This role will be split supporting both the Contingent team as well as administrative support for team managers This highly visible role will see you responsible for: Professional administration support to resourcing team including reporting, interview scheduling, presentations, and ad hoc project duties as require Acting as a liaison between the resourcing team, and the client P & C Shared Services functions for dependent processes (e.g. approvals, offers etc) Coordination point between recruiters and the offsite reference checking team Updating candidate records and monitoring compliance in our Applicant Tracking System Professional support to client and recruitment team throughout the hiring process, including interview set-up, co-ordination and documentation Liaising with suppliers if they have any technical issues using Springboard Data integrity of all recruitment records, ensuring that they are kept up to date Provision of quality recruitment data analysis in a timely and resourceful manner Creation of reports to illustrate supplier performance to the client Monthly and quarterly reporting for the team as required and any reporting requirements to Lendlease and PeopleScout as required Audits: Assist the team during supplier auditing As the liaison between internal and external stakeholders and our team, you will be a crucial point of communication for the Resourcing team across the business. You will have outstanding organisational skills as well as the ability to forward think and problem solve. With the ability to work diligently and autonomously, you possess prior experience in an administrative or coordination role where you handled sensitive information in your daily work and have exposure to working in large, complex and corporate environments.  You will also have excellent Microsoft Suite skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
