What you'll do: We all know what being a Talent Acquisition Consultant is all about. It's ensuring great outcomes for candidates and hiring managers through excellent execution of end-to-end processes and building a strong talent community. The role is a 12 month fixed term position covering project work and then parental leave, sits in our Technical portfolio, so IT, Digital and technical recruitment experience is beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Provide effective and efficient best practice recruitment services through effective partnership and consultation Deliver on the employment brand through Talent Attraction, optimising employee/candidate experience and engagement for IAG Deliver on talent engagement plan for business division, translating and sharing stakeholders' business and strategy to candidates Proactive partnership within the business, providing/gathering insights, supporting program deployment and sharing recruiting trends Map, plan, and deliver on defined initiatives to optimise Recruitment Practices, enabling the attraction and engagement of a diverse and suitable talent pool, building the IAG employment brand, ensuring alignment to strategy   Skills & Experience A minimum of 3 years' experience in a talent acquisition - IT or tech experience preferrable Strong relationship building and negotiation skills Experience using Recruitment and Selection assessments, tools, systems and technology Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to achieve agreed outcomes in a timely manner Ability to utilise data and reporting to enable data driven insights Demonstrated ability to work within and adapt to a changing environment with a high degree of flexibility About Us At IAG, we believe that everyone has a unique point of view to share, shaped by their life experiences, cultures & passions.
