About the Role With a solid pipeline and ambitious growth underway across Western Australia, we are seeking to appoint a Senior Recruiter to manage staff recruitment & workforce planning for white collar / staff roles. This is a 12 month fixed term contract for maternity leave coverage, based in our Perth office. Key responsibilities Liaising with key stakeholders, you will lead recruitment activities across Western Australia. You will implement highly effective candidate attraction strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline is in place for all open roles. You will coordinate resource planning activities across WA, including all workforce planning & project demobilisation. You will support key stakeholders such as GM, project leads, functions and the wider resourcing team. You will assist with resourcing across work winning & unsecured projects. You will have Proven experience in recruitment of white collar / staff within the engineering & construction industry. In-house experience is preferable.
