Providing temporary and permanent staff in all areas of Blue-Collar, Engineering, Trades, Mining & Resources, Warehousing, Office Support and Professional placements, we offer a diverse and varied work experience.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant/Business Development Professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves both the candidate and client side of business.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Undertaking end to end recruitment, across a diverse range of Blue-Collar, and increasing and maintaining Commercial & White-Collar positions at offer
  • Developing & growing new business footprint, and supporting existing clients
  • Building great relationships as a trusted advisor to our clients and candidates based on your principles of exceptional service and quality
  • Assisting with the mobilisation of candidates to various sites across Australia
  • Encouraged by Management with performance feedback and an empathetic and fair approach

Key Requirements:

This is a dynamic role, requiring your following competencies and attributes;

  • Have a minimum of 3 years Blue Collar Recruitment experience
  • Successful track record in agency or internal recruitment
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess sound business acumen with knowledge of market rates, award interpretation and OHS
  • Sound computer literacy and use of Microsoft Office suite
  • Show an agility to move between various business needs with ease and enthusiasm
