To support our growing business, Trojan is seeking a motivated self-starter with Business Development and/or Account Management experience in the labour hire industry to become part of our growing Parramatta team.

About the role

As a Trojan Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new sales as well as the successful management of some existing clients within the Building and Construction space.

Key to your success will be your resilience, self-motivation and desire to achieve, along with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver results.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Actively promoting, exploring, creating and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Developing new client relationships through sales calls and visits.
  • Maintaining and strengthening business relationships with existing clients that extends to site visits / start-ups.
  • Successfully meeting Client requirements within an environment of continual change.
  • WH&S responsibilities such as carrying out site safety audits as required.

Skills and Experience

As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have demonstrated Business Development and/or Account Management experience and a wide-ranging network within the building and construction and/or civil engineering labour hire sectors. You will also be able to hit the ground running by demonstrating the following:

  • Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment;
  • A resilient, passionate and results-orientated personality - you are motivated by building strong connections and providing outstanding service to your clients;
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Self-motivation and individual discipline to work autonomously as well as the aptitude to work well alongside colleagues in a team environment;
  • Solid recruitment and candidate management experience;
  • You must possess a driver's licence and motor vehicle for on the job use. A motor vehicle allowance will be provided to the successful candidate.
