Canvassing clients over the telephone and/or face-to-face to identify recruitment needs
Offer consultative advice and deliver solutions according to their requirements
Headhunt to identify and attract outstanding candidates
Use a variety of sources from in-house database, social media and advertising
Conduct detailed candidate telephone and/or face-to-face interviews to identify skillsets
Research and fully immerse yourself into creating your own business
Lead generate to create a pipeline of new business opportunities within your market
You Will Have:
Demonstrated Recruitment and Sales experience of a minimum of 2years
Experienced gained from within Recruitment in the Energy, Engineering, Construction sectors is highly desirable
Experience of working in a fast paced and target led environment
Motivated, resilient and competitive
Hunger to be the best!
Strong communication and good listening skills
Proven experience in building strong relationships either that be over the phone or face-to-face meetings.
Passion for the environment and all things renewable!
Lucrative, un-capped commission structure - realistic earning potential of in excess of $300k +
