Your Team:

The Internal Recruitment team's role is to provide end to end recruitment services across ASIC's corporate and regional locations. They build effective business partnering relationships, develop relevant talent pools, ensure recruitment controls and governance frameworks and comply with employment legislative and internal policies. We are also advising hiring managers on cost effective, practical and innovative recruitment management solutions. 

This highly visible support role will see you responsible for:

  • Supporting a team of recruiters with coordinator activities
  • Liaising between the recruitment team and the client to ensure efficiency in process
  • Organising background screening checks for candidates
  • Updating candidate records and monitoring compliance in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Candidate management activities including sourcing, screening and scheduling

As the liaison between internal and external stakeholders and our team, you will be a crucial point of communication for the Resourcing team across the business.

You will have outstanding organisational skills as well as the ability to forward think and problem solve. With the ability to work diligently and autonomously, you possess prior experience in an administrative or coordination role where you handled sensitive information in your daily work and have exposure to working in large, complex and corporate environments.
