You will

  • be knowledgeable in providing generalist human resources advice and guidance to a diverse range of managers and individuals
  • be a proactive problem solver with the ability to use data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations
  • be digitally savvy, with solid capabilities as an administrator of an HRIS and/or ATS
  • have the ability to manage expectations and competing priorities
  • possess relevant Human Resources qualifications and/or experience
  • enjoy being a member of a collaborative team.
