About the role

This role is a great opportunity to explore your real potential and build strong relationships with candidates. As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and general business administration.

As a member of our team, we will offer you hands on recruitment or industry experience via a range of mediums in person and online. You will be a person looking to further your recruitment career who is experienced In Transport, Warehousing and Manufacturing. 

There will be elements of the role where you will be involved with management of existing databases and technology systems, contract and process management. We are hoping you will create valued input into further development & enhancement of our Brand and your role.

  • Previous extensive Recruitment is always an asset, though being open to developing your capabilities as a professional will enable you to succeed 
  • Award interpretation and contract negotiation skills are advantageous.
  • A willingness to develop in a fun and performance orientated working environment with the highly energised Managing Director.
  • Ability to manage multiple working relationships.
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service ethics.
  • A smart standard of presentation and grooming
  • Social Media, CRM and software saviness is an advantage
  • A professional with great Self-belief
  • A leader who believe in Honesty, discipline, integrity and dedication.
