A Recruitment Consultant's role consists of the following activities:
  • Meeting clients and building relationships
  • Marketing roles through a variety of mediums
  • Phone screening and vetting candidate applications
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Headhunting and networking
  • Marketing candidates
  • Handling the end to end recruitment process to offer management
