About the opportunity

We are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join our Operations division recruiting office and administration support positions across aged care, healthcare not for profit, pharmaceutical and medical device companies. 

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be working alongside a team of highly experienced consultants sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates to job opportunities and building long term relationships with our healthcare clients.

This is a warm desk with established clients, a large database of candidates, and the opportunity to engage with new clients and candidates. 

Role Responsibilities

  • 360 recruitment
  • End to end job vacancy management
  • Business development with new and existing clients across healthcare
  • Permanent, Casual and Contract recruitment
  • Candidate sourcing, engagement, and management

Skills & Experience

  • Proven agency recruitment experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to quickly build rapport
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy, able to learn new database management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
