Arcare is now looking for a two Human Resources Recruitment Coordinators to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork.

About the Role

The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible in assisting in Arcare’s recruiting and Talent Acquisitions methods and strategies. The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open position and meet Arcare’s workforce needs and goals. The Human Resources Administrator may be required to drive to the various residences across Victoria to assist with interviews.


Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as a HR recruitment Coordinator or similar HR role
  • Diploma or relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management (desirable)
  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices (desirable)
  • Familiarity with HR databases and/or candidate management systems
  • Experience in conducting phone & face to face interviews & reference checking
  • Familiarity with social media, especially SEEK and LinkedIn (desirable)
  • Experience in conducting Police Checks (desirable)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn new skills
  • Proficiency in the use of software relevant to the position, e.g. Microsoft office suite
  • Be reliable, flexible and a team player
  • Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration
  • Victorian Drivers Licence and own vehicle
