My client is looking for a commercial and experienced internal Talent Acquisition Partner to help further enhance, develop and attract the best talent in the market.

This is not a purely recruitment based position!! Join the creation and implementation of new HR and employee projects. Grow your own skill set with exposure and responsibility of talent pool initiatives and the entire induction process. This role is the perfect balance of projects, people and recruitment.

This truly is a diverse role that will see you supporting the Executive function and partnering with internal Management and Stakeholders to ensure talent strategies are aligned with business strategy for growth.

 

Who is our ideal candidate?:

  • High level of written and verbal communication is essential! You will be the first point of contact for talent.
  • Recruitment experience is a MUST! You will have minimum 5 years experience.
  • You have hands on experience and are competent using a variety of job boards and sourcing tools (Seek, Linkedin, internal CRM system).
  • Desire to learn and grow! This is a talent role with huge potential for progression into the Learning and Development Space.
  • You come from a corporate environment with a strong grasp on reporting, analytics and data analysis.
  • You are proactive, innovative and love to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with staff, stakeholders and the exec team you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment life cycle.
  • Assist hiring manager's with interview techniques and process.
  • Helping identify not only external but internal candidates.
  • Giving industry advice and ensuring all documentation/ job descriptions are up to date and relevant.
  • Reporting and presenting to stakeholders on recruitment trends, retention and employee relations.
  • You will be responsible for all new starters within the business and related functions (contracts, paperwork, induction programs, salary reviews, candidate care).
  • Finding THE best talent in the market for the business in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assisting on HR projects relating to culture, growth opportunity, training and employee experience.
  • Recruitment at an entry level up to director across multiple function.
  • Manage and liaise with all 3rd parties and external suppliers.
