An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Keilor East. Reporting to the Regional Manager and supported by first class peers and resources, your primary responsibilities will comprise of:

  • Business Development in the areas of Industrial and Commercial recruitment
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities, managing prospects through the full sales process
  • Relationship building and maintenance of new and existing clients
  • Negotiating and closing sales opportunities and encouraging long-term relationships with key decision makers, through regular contact, meetings and ongoing support and service.
  • OH&S audits
  • General Administration - Database Management
  • Proposal generation

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

  • You will be a self-starter, driven by the desire to achieve new sales with new and existing clients, whilst delivering a profitable outcome
  • Proven track record in Business Development within the recruitment industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong desire to succeed
  • A good understanding of Award and EBA interpretations and knowledge in OH&S are favourable
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Excellent time management skills
