Rarely do roles of this prestige become available. Paxus is now looking for a Senior Account Director to lead and accelerate the growth of our Major Accounts businesses across VIC. You will be accountable for the revenue and profitability of the business whilst continuing to work with key clients and drive new business.

This is an exciting role for an established leader with a background in Technology Recruitment. This is one of our most established portfolios with a number of existing key accounts and PSA’s. You will be heading up an experienced team with huge potential for growth on the individual desk. 

 

The Role:

  • Manage an existing highly lucrative portfolio and inherit contractors 
  • Achievement of financial objectives through effective management of resources and budgets
  • Develop new business relationships and increase sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual quotas
  • Lead team to ensure we deliver innovative workforce solutions to our clients
  • In collaboration with our State Manager expand Paxus into new clients / markets and increase market share
  • Participation in prospective client presentations and sales activities
  • Support from a dedicated recruiter
