The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client an experienced Recruitment Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a busy recruitment team and assist with the day to day administration functions. The opportunity is working Monday - Friday full-time hours with an opportunity for the successful candidate to transition into a permanent role with our client.

The duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide high level administration support to the Recruitment and HR Team
  • Manage Letters of Employment - new contracts, contract variations etc.
  • Booking and managing potential candidate interviews
  • Create, Maintain and update candidate/employee files

The successful candidate will be have and be able to:

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Administrator is a MUST
  • Cert III in Business Administration - Desirable
  • Be able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Enjoy a fast paced role whilst having a great attention to detail
