A global leader in insurance and financial services is looking to expand their Recruitment team with a newly created role. This is a perfect opportunity for an internal recruiter with experienced in contingent workforce solutions to further develop their recruitment skills in a true business partner role.
This role will be reporting to the People Attraction Manager and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and provide strategic advice on recruitment best practice, workforce planning and market insights. You will take ownership of the successful delivery including managing job briefs, partnering with business stakeholders, managing 3rd party vendor relationships and striving for continued process improvements.
