  • Monday & Wednesday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

DGP Legal is an established specialist recruitment agency with a reputation like no other!  All of our Consultants have industry specific experience having worked within private practice firms in either a support or professional capacity. 

We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join the team on a part-time basis - Monday's and Wednesday's.

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming calls;
  • Meet and greet candidates/clients;
  • Liaising with suppliers and ordering stationary;
  • Collecting mail and banking cheques;
  • Management of marketing; and
  • Management of all social media platforms.

Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Contact job applicants to arrange interviews with the relevant consultant;
  • Administrate skills testing, VEVO checks and other relevant competency benchmarks;
  • Liaise with candidates in relation to recruitment updates;
  • Upload candidates into system;
  • Log interviews, communications and resume documents into system;
  • Formatting candidate resumes; 
  • Draft job advertisements;
  • Updating job boards spreadsheet with active roles with client/target law firms.

Experience and Technical Expertise:

  • Experience working in a Corporate office environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, face-to-face);
  • Intermediate computer skills;
  • Process driven approach.
