Due to a period of substantial growth, this non-for-profit organisation has an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for driving recruitment and selection solutions across the business nationwide.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Owning the end to end recruitment process from liaising with hiring managers, to sourcing for candidates to conducting the offer process.
Managing a high-volume workload; could be recruiting for upwards of 100 roles at any one time.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and advising in line with recruitment best practice.
Developing talent pools so that you are able to respond to future requirements needs as soon as possible.
Maintaining and updating the ATS at all times.
Using initiative to think of creative ways to attract candidates to the business.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
The ideal successful candidate will have:
Experience working within a similar recruitment role; with exposure to working on roles at all levels.
High volume recruitment experience.
National recruitment experience would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Page Up.
Ability to ‘think outside of the box’ and come up with innovative attraction methods.
