Reporting to the GM HR, you will lead a team of five to develop and implement an enterprise-wide talent acquisition and sourcing strategy that meets both the strategic and operational resourcing needs of the business. Partnering colleagues in the broader HR team and business leaders, you will drive your team to deliver on sourcing strategies to ensure they are attracting a diverse, forward-thinking and agile workforce.

You will be a resilient talent acquisition leader with experience in shaping and optimising talent acquisition functions to meet the different needs of the business. With experience in workforce planning, you will bring an ability to simplify the complex along with the stakeholder management skills to facilitate positive outcomes across complex organisational structures.
