Through an exceptional growth period, we are expanding our West Perth branch and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, specialising in White Collar Permanent Recruitment.

Your duties and abilities will include – but not limited to:
Generating a sales pipeline of Permanent Recruitment opportunities across WA,
Meeting with Clients to discuss recruitment options and identifying the best solution to their requirements,
Ability to self generate sales leads and covert to new business,
Advertising and attracting suitable personnel for current and prospective roles,
Screening and interviewing candidates,
Reverse marketing of candidates to warm and prospective clients,
Meet Quarterly sales revenue targets,
Effective communication skills with clients and employees on all levels,
Applicants will have:
Experience of operating a Permanent Recruitment Desk / Business in WA,
Knowledge and confidence to recruit White Collar Professional positions,
Sales experience and capability,
A strong desire to be successful!
