About you

You have experience working in the professional services sector and may have a background in consulting, pre-sales, account management or business development dealing with a range of people.

What this role can offer you
Working with talented and experienced consultants you will have the opportunity to leverage your network, develop new business and partner with existing Right Management clients. You will develop a deep understanding of our workforce solutions to help our clients win in the changing world of work.

What we need
The focus of this role is to develop new business and leverage existing client relationships, we are looking for someone with strong networks and drive to make things happen.

In addition to uncovering and closing sales opportunities, you will:
• Work with clients to build and leverage Right Management’s market presence;
• Ensure the growth of profitable long term client relationships;
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our client organisations, their needs; and assist in scoping and developing solutions;
• Collaborate and support the wider sales and consulting team with sales leads
Experience in solution sales is a must for this role particularly as it relates to contemporary Human Resources practices to support our market position as the Global Career Expert.
