We are seeking an experienced and proactive Blue Collar Recruitment Advisor to join our team, on a fulltime basis. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will be a highly organised individual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing and recruiting blue collar personnel for our Civil and Mining projects
  • Working closely with the HR Administrators throughout the on boarding process, to provide support and guidance as required
  • Providing accurate recruitment reports, progress updates and forecasts to the Project teams and Recruitment Team Leader
  • Initiating and executing strategic sourcing methods to build talent pipelines for future works
  • Providing insight on market conditions and trends to key stakeholders
  • Effectively maintaining HR Systems and records

To be considered for this position you must possess the following:

  • Experience in high volume end to end Blue Collar recruitment in the Resources sector
  • Knowledge of the occupations and mobile plant utilised on Civil & Mining projects
  • A proactive and innovative approach to recruitment activities
  • The capability and motivation to deliver set targets to deadline
  • A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Demonstrated ability to multi task, problem solve and work effectively in a fast paced and high pressure environment
