Remuneration Consultant

You'll be joining a well recognised and well regarded Remuneration practice who work with a diverse range of blue chip clients. You have the opportunity to learn from people with deep expertise in an environment where success is celebrated.

There will be a wide range of projects  for you to work on which span across the board spectrum of remuneration work from supporting the design of remuneration frameworks through to designing incentive plans and utilising data to assist clients make good remuneration decisions. 

To thrive in this role you will have a knack with numbers, you will have strong consulting skills and have solid experience working on remuneration processes within your organisation. You'll be articulate and enjoy learning about different businesses and be able to adapt your style.
