Classification: ANU Officer 5 (Administration)
Salary Package: $70,078 - $76,611 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Continuing

The Recruitment Services team is offering an experienced and high-functioning administrator an opportunity to join the Human Resources Division.

Working closely with the Recruitment Consultants, HR practitioners, and hiring managers, the Recruitment Officer will support the delivery of effective recruitment advice and processes. 

Position overview

A position currently exists for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join a high performing Recruitment Services team within the Human Resources Division. This team provides both technical and process oriented recruitment advice, in addition to administering processes from an operational point of view.  Our key clients are the Executive, local College HR teams and Divisional Services.

As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for:

  •  Assisting in the administration of a diverse range of recruitment processes, operations and projects
  •  Liaising with a variety of stakeholders to provide advice, in consultation with senior staff and Management
  •  Updating and maintaining data integrity within the HRMS and ANU Recruit system
  •  Actively complying with and upholding ANU policies and procedures

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience providing administrative support in recruitment processes and operations within a professional environment
  • Experience in providing HRMS system administration support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise effectively with all stakeholders, particularly your team
  • Ability to work in a proactive collaborative and consultative style.
